Medical device maker Myomo, based in Cambridge, Mass, announces it is part of an agreement to provide paralyzed veterans with the MyoPro powered arm brace.
Myomo, a supplier of myoelectric orthotics, jointly announced with SoldierSocks, a 501(c)(3) dedicated to working with veterans and veteran organizations, that it has entered into an agreement to supply paralyzed veterans with the MyoPro powered arm brace. Over the next 3 years, SoldierSocks has established a goal of purchasing 120 MyoPro braces for veterans outside the VA healthcare system.
