FirstLight Home Care announces it is opening a new location in Santa Clarita, Calif, in 2019.
The non-medical home care provider serves seniors, adults with disabilities, new mothers, veterans, those recovering from surgery, and other adults in need of assistance. Their caregivers help with many needs – from personal hygiene and household duties such as cooking, cleaning, and running errands to mobility assistance and dementia care, the company explains in a media release.
“This will be our first office in the Santa Clarita area, and it’s coming at a great time,” says Jeff Bevis, FirstLight Home Care co-founder and CEO, in the release. “As we age, there are many decisions that have to be made, and one of them is how we want to spend our senior years. FirstLight offers an option and a level of caring that is unsurpassed for those who want to remain in their homes.”
FirstLight opened its first franchise location in 2010 and now operates more than 250 locations in 34 states throughout the United States.
