Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare announces it has added the Bariatric 5” Locking Raised Toilet Seat to its Bath Safety Line of products.
The seat, designed for those who have difficulty bending and getting up and down from the toilet, features an improved, heavy-duty worm screw and locking plate to ensure a safe, secure fit onto standard and most elongated toilets, per the company.
Made from heavy-duty, molded plastic, the Bariatric 5” Locking Raised Toilet Seat is capable of supporting patients who weigh up to 600 pounds.
In addition, no tools are required for installation, and there is a limited lifetime warranty, adds the Port Washington, NY-based company, in a media release.
