The Philadelphia Hand Center (PHC) announces that shoulder and elbow specialist Kenneth A. Kearns, MD, has joined its staff of orthopaedic physicians of the hand, wrist, arm, elbow, and shoulder.

Kearns, a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon and research physician, brings expertise in advanced arthroscopic surgical procedures, joint replacements, minimally invasive surgical procedures, and comprehensive upper extremity fracture care from the forearm to the shoulder to the position, per a media release from PHC.

His education includes graduation from Colby College and the University of Toledo School of Medicine, as well as participation in the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital/Rothman Institute Shoulder and Elbow Orthopaedic Fellowship Program.

In addition to serving at PHC, Kearns will continue his role as clinical instructor at Thomas Jefferson University, per the release.

The Philadelphia Hand Center has three locations: King of Prussia, Lansdale, and Center City.
