Medrec Inc., San Antonio, has completed its acquisition of Complete Medical Staffing (CMS) and sister company, California Medical Staffing, based in Denver. Both firms staffing services are specifically targetted to staffing PTs, OTs, and speach therapists.
Medrec has been in business for 36 years, and CMS 11-years. The combined company, Medrec, will now have more than 250 internal and external employees, physical occupational therapists and nurses throughout the country, as well as more than 2,000 contracts with hospitals, nursing homes, home health agencies and outpatient clinics, and therapists and clients in more than 30 states.
