Thought Technology Ltd will hold a pre-conference BioGraph 6.0 workshop October 31 in El Segundo, Calif, at the Embassy Suites LAX/South.
The BCIA has approved the course to provide 7 hours of Category A accredited continuing education for BCIA recertification, according to a recent news release from the company. The pre-conference is held in conjunction with the 2013 BSC 39th Annual Conference November 1 to 3.
The workshop, Thought Technology notes, is tailored for researchers and health professionals seeking to learn how to use the latest biofeedback technology. The workshop’s morning session is designed to provide attendees with an overview of the key features of the BioGraph Infiniti software and hardware.
The company adds software suites that can be highlighted include Neurofeedback, Physiology, Rehab-Continence, Rehab- Muscle, Z-Score, HRV, and Reaction Time. During the afternoon session, participants will learn how to use different sensors, including surface electromyography (SEMG), respiration, temperature, skin conductance, electroencephalography (EEG), and electrocardiology (EKG) with audio and visual multimedia biofeedback screens, sounds, and games.
