ISABLED is an online recruitment platform engineered to help workers with disabilities find employment with companies that value inclusion and diversity in the workforce.

Via virtual career fairs, hosted on the ISABLED platform, job seekers and recruiters can connect and chat in real-time, from anywhere, and from the comfort and convenience of their home or office.

The ISABLED website also features a job board and content designed to help workers with disabilities find job opportunities with a wide range of companies and industries.

Four virtual career fairs are held each year on the website. In addition, companies can host standalone virtual career fairs for their companies as often as they like.

“The ISABLED Virtual Career Fairs are a fun and easy way to connect recruiters and job seekers with disabilities. Instead of asking both sides to attend a job fair at a physical location, we bring the career fair to them,” Kevin O’Brien, managing partner, ISABLED, states in a media release.

“The ISABLED platform allows our employer partners to recruit nationwide in just a few hours, and job seekers have instant access to the very recruiters who are seeking to fill the open positions.”

The first ISABLED virtual career fair is set for July 25, 2019, and open now for registration, according to the release.
