Online compliance training company WeComply Inc, headquartered in Mount Kisco, NY, recently announced that it will be offering an Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II course. The course is designed to provide users with a guide to the Title II of the ADA that will help state and local governments understand and comply with their obligations to appropriately serve and include individuals with disabilities.

The ADA Title II course reviews the history of the ADA, the ADA’S legal framework, and Title II coverage and enforcement. According to a WeComply news release, the course covers topics that include providing nondiscriminatory services, equal program access, integrated settings, effective communication practices, and the construction and alteration of facilities. The release also notes that the course discusses the modification of policies and procedures, the elimination of physical barriers, reviewing program requirements, appropriate burdens, and technical assistance.
