Stuart-RobinsonPride Mobility Productions Corporation recently announced that it has added Stuart Robinson as its national sales manager, Retail Mobility, and promoted employees Brett Shoemaker to director, Retail Mobility Sales, and Cy Corgan to director, Strategic Accounts. The company notes that Robinson, Shoemaker, and Corgan will all work directly with Andrew Pyrih, senior vice president, Domestic Sales, in overseeing Pride Mobility’s new retail sales strategies in an effort to further support the needs of providers and bolster their success.

Robinson (pictured right) brings more than 14 years of experience to his new role. Robinson will reportedly be responsible for managing relationships with providers and developing sales business strategies to meet Pride’s marketshare goals for standard power, lift chairs, mobility scooters, and lifts and ramps. Robinson will also be charged with managing, developing, mentoring, and recruiting retail mobility sales representatives and independent while ensuring maximum territory coverage and strategic travel rotation. Pride adds that Robinson will play a key role in its future product development by collaborating with consumers, providers, and the Pride Corporate Leadership Team. Robinson has worked for companies that include MCI Inc, a telecommunication applications and services business, Sybron Dental Specialists, a manufacturer of dental instruments, and has experience in building and managing a healthcare sales force in the US and in Canada. Most recently, Pride says, Robinson served as sales director for group practices and national accounts with DMG America, where he was responsible for advancing sales in North America.

Brett-ShoemakerAs director, Retail Mobility Sales, Shoemaker (pictured left) will be charged with directing Pride’s inside sales to team in order to grow domestic sales and marketshare of lift chairs, mobility scooters, and lifts and ramps through strong provider relationships and consistent strategies. Shoemaker will also work to enhance provider experience with Pride and ensure ease of doing business, according to a company news release. The release notes that Shoemaker has worked for Pride since November 2008 in a variety of management capacities. Shoemaker first served as general manager, Pride NEPA, where he oversaw the operations of the regional distribution center to ensure Pride met or exceeded all production, quality, and productivity goals, while maintaining compliance and all regulatory requirements. Shoemaker was later named director, Pride Quality, and was responsible for the development and deployment of business processes that supported continuous improvement in Pride’s Quality performance. In his most recent position as director, Pride Products, Shoemaker worked within the company’s Research and Development department and oversaw the development of the lifts and ramps product line.

Cy CorganCorgan, (pictured right) as director, Strategic Accounts, will develop improved partnerships with the company’s existing key retail customers, enhancing the customer experience through field intelligence and strategic development of sales opportunities with potential retail customers. Pride states that Corgan has been a “vital part” of its sales leadership team since March 2002 as national sales manager, overseeing sales operations for lift chairs, mobility scooters, and standard power. Corgan was later promoted to national sales director, Retail Mobility, and was responsible for domestic sales of lift chairs, scooters, and lifts and ramps. The company adds that most recently Corgan served as director, Retail Mobility Sales, where he was responsible for directing Pride’s inside sales team to grow domestic sales and marketshare through strong provider relationships and consistent strategies.
