Invacare Corporation, headquartered in Elyria, Ohio, has received the World Class Customer Service Award from Smart Business regional management journal for the fifth year in a row, according to a recent company news release. The journal reportedly has publications in a wide variety of cities including Cleveland, Los Angeles, and Houston.
The release notes that the application process for the award was extensive and encompassed in-depth descriptions of the company’s customer service philosophy, service systems and training, in addition to case studies and customer testimonials. Invacare is slated to formally accept the award at a gala event on June 6.
Elizabeth Gwynn, customer service director, states, “Our mission is to give every customer an excellent experience every time by making the customer’s needs our priority. We are proud to attain this award in recognition of this commitment to quality customer service, and to do so for a fifth straight year is truly an honor.”
The company adds that technology, training, communication assists it in delivering an efficient and personal experience to all its customers.
