TheraOffice software packages are multi-user based applications designed to run on hardware as small as an ultramobile PC or OQO, and designed to provide therapists with the mobility to do point-of-care documentation quickly, easily, and efficiently. TheraOffice can be used in outpatient and inpatient settings and is highly customizable. Applications use Microsoft and .Net languages, integrate with other software via bi-directional HL7 messaging, and operate on a PC platform.
TheraOffice Scheduling allows users to schedule recurring appointments for patients seen at a regular time. It can also generate a report that lists a patient's future appointments, which can be printed with a customizable logo and given directly to the patient. TheraOffice Scheduling can apply co-payments when a patient is checked in, and automatically prints a receipt.
TheraOffice Documentation allows users to build their own templates for initial evaluations. Customizable drop-down options make it easy to choose commonly used values, and reports can be generated for initial evaluations, daily notes, progress notes, and discharge notes. TheraOffice Documentation can generate Plans-Of-Care that directly address the needs of physicians. An extensive home exercise library with customizable, preloaded diagrams and instructions is included. Flexible notes and image notes allow therapists to import their own templates and images.
TheraOffice Accounting is integrated with the TheraOffice Documentation so charges never have to be entered twice. Treatment performed in Documentation automatically forwards to Accounting. Charge checking gives a pop-up warning if one CPT code shouldn't be billed with another. Batch Manager generates 1500 or UB04 claim forms and TheraOffice Accounting can import Electronic Remittance Advice.
The TheraOffice Autotask Engine alerts user whenever a task needs to be completed for a patient. Application can set alerts for when a plan-of-care needs to be sent or when a discharge note should be complete. Alert may be set if payment has not been received by designated date.
Software can be used with Windows Voice Recognition or third-party dictation software. Priced at $1,200 and up, depending on configuration and number of providers.
