Complex rehab technology (CRT) provider Numotion announces the relaunch of its website, with new content intended to focus on the customer and provide resources that meet their need for mobility solutions.

Among the new content is a section called “Customer Stories,” where Numotion clients share their mobility equipment journey and experiences; and a timeline educating consumers about what they can expect as they begin their mobility purchase with Numotion.

“Our mission is to help customers live active and independent lives, and these stories showcase how we do just that,” says Mike Swinford, CEO of Brentwood, Tenn-based Numotion, in a media release. “As customers turn to the web more frequently to learn about their mobility options, it’s important we offer them not only inspiration, but the information they need to make decisions related to their health.”

In addition, the website features an expanded blog aiming to provide customers and medical professionals with new resources as they navigate the CRT environment. Posts under the section titled “Nu Digest” are authored by industry experts and provide helpful tips. The section “Wheeltime with Daniel and Shea” offer service advice and tips from Numotion service experts.

“While our website serves as the first touchpoint for many new customers, we also want it to be a helpful resource for anyone with mobility needs,” Swinford adds. “Our team has a vast wealth of collective expertise in our industry. The website is an opportunity for us to extend their knowledge beyond their day-to-day interactions to even more customers who can benefit.”
