Sean M. McNally–Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic’s new executive director–succeeds Karl F. Stein, who is retiring after 15 years of service.

McNally most recently worked with Physician Health in Greenvile, SC.

Prior to that, McNally was CEO of the Moore Orthopaedic Clinic in Columbia, SC. When the Moore Orthopaedic Clinic became an affiliate of Providence Hospitals in Columbia, SC, in 2010, he was elected its vice president of orthopaedic services and physician integration, per a news release from Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic.

“Mr McNally will be a wonderful addition to Raleigh Orthopaedic,” Stein says in the release. “His wealth of experience with orthopaedics, hospitals and physician integration will be an invaluable asset as the practice remains focused on providing the highest quality care to its patients across Wake County.”

McNally is a member of the Medical Group Management Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives. In addition, McNally wrote a chapter for the practice management book, Mastering Patient Flow—Using Lean Thinking.
