Enola, Pa-based Post Acute Medical LLC (PAM) announces that it has acquired HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Beaumont.
Once the transaction is completed by June 1, the Beaumont, Tex-based 61-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital will be renamed PAM Rehabilitation Hospital of Beaumont.
“We are excited to add PAM Rehabilitation Hospital of Beaumont to our network of medical rehabilitation and long-term acute care hospitals and strengthen our existing footprint in Texas,” says Anthony Misitano, president and CEO, in a media release.
“I opened this hospital along with Lisa MacLean and John Bauer many years ago and here we are, back in Beaumont, today. It’s good to be back,” he adds.
Per the release, PAM provides post-acute healthcare services through 46 long-term acute care hospitals, medical rehabilitation hospitals, and outpatient physical therapy locations in eight states.
