Outpatient rehabilitation care provider Agility Health, Inc, headquartered in Grand Rapids, Mich, has named Terry Vanderkruyk chief corporate development officer. A statement from Agility Health indicates Vanderkruyk will play a key role in leading the organization into its next phase of growth.
Most recently Vanderkruyk was Chief Corporate Development Officer with Coastal Contacts Inc, a direct-to-consumer eyewear retailer. Since 2006 Vanderkruyk role at Coastal Contact reportedly was responsibility for acquisitions, business development and investor relations. Coastal Contacts was reportedly acquired in early 2014 for approximately $430 million by Essilor International, and co-listed on the TSX and NASDAQ at the time of the purchase.
Chief executive officer of Agility Health, Steve Davidson, says the organization is pleased to have Venderkruyk on board. “His experience in the life sciences sector with a focus on business development, acquisitions, finance and investor relations is a great fit with the next phase of growth at Agility.”
