EHOB Inc reports that it is opening its first international office in Shanghai, China. A company news release issued by EHOB states that the 9,000-square-foot office currently houses sales and operations employees, and is used for light assembly of its WAFFLE Brand Products. The company has hired seven employees in China and reports that it has plans to expand as the demand is needed.
According to the release, since setting its focus on China in 2010, EHOB’s presence and staff have continued to broaden as it seeks to assist and impact China’s wound care market.
Scott Rogers, president and COO, EHOB, states that when the company first entered the Chinese market, it knew it could help transform the country’s wound care practices. “Given the country’s sheer size, the amount of healthcare facilities and patients is significant and only increasing as its population ages. We look forward to continuing our expansion and training to ensure EHOB has a positive impact on patient care in China.”
EHOB’s WAFFLE Brand Products are now sold throughout the US, Canada, Europe, and China. EHOB also markets a variety of products for pressure ulcer prevention and treatment, such as mattress overlays, seating cushions, lower limb protectors, positioning aids, and more.
