Kim Radcliffe, PT, MHA, has been promoted to president of Align Networks, which is a One Call Care Management business unit and provider of workers’ compensation physical medicine programs, according to a recent news release. The release notes that Radcliffe most recently served as vice president of operations and has been with Align Networks since 2006.

Additionally, Radcliffe is credited with the creation, development, and evolution of Align Network’s clinical review program, a clinical oversight program designed to monitor quality of care, treatment patterns, utilization, and appropriateness of care. Thanks to Radcliffe’s management and guidance, the release says, the clinical review process and program provides a reduction in overall utilization by 20% to 30% nationwide.

Dave Olson, co-chief operating officer of One Call Care Management, states that Radcliffe’s tenure with the clinical and operations of Align Networks made her a clear choice to lead the business unit.

“Align is recognized in the industry for excellence in customer service and clinical oversight. Kim has been essential in elevating us to this level…” Olson adds.

The release states that Radcliffe is the co-author of “Evidence Based Medicine as a Strategy for Quality Improvement,” which appeared in a 2010 issue of the International Journal of Public Policy. Radcliffe received her masters of Health Administration from the University of North Florida and a bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Florida.”
