Ottobock has added new-hire Joseph Wujcik (pictured right) as a Territory Sales representative for the Minneapolis-based company’s Technical Orthopedics. Ottobock notes that Wujcik will be responsible for territory that includes New Jersey, eastern New York, Maryland, and Delaware.
In a recent news release, the company states that Wujcik holds a Bachelor of Science degree from St Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. Wujcik brings more than 12 years of experience in the medical care industry to his new role.
Previously, the company says, Wujcik served as senior sales representative for Abbott Laboratories, Territory Manager for Oscient Pharmaceuticals, and most recently as director of Sales & Marketing, and director of Patient Care/Operations for Mid Atlantic Spine and Pain Physicians.
Walter Governor, National Director of Sales for Ottobock, highlights Wujcik’s “strong record of consistently leading the way in reaching goals and impacting the organization for which he’s worked. His skill in developing and maintaining successful customer relationships especially stands out, and we are pleased to have him join our team.”
