Ann Eubank, (pictured right) vice president of Community Initiatives for the grassroots movement UsersFirst and nationally recognized advocate for wheelchair users, encourages healthcare professionals in her newest blog post to initiate change before mediocrity “starts to disintegrate your passion and creativity.”

In a rapidly changing world, Eubank calls on clinicians to step up as leaders and heroes, particularly since, as she quotes author Seth Godin, “Heroes live their lives in public, broadcasting their model to anyone who cares to look.”
