In a recent company news release, The Rehab Documentation Company Inc (ReDoc), headquartered in Brentwood, Tenn, announced that it has closed a capital raise led by Council Capital’s TNIvestco arm, the Council & Enhanced Tennessee Fund. The $1.1 million capital raise efforts target product development and enhancement, as well as overall team expansion, the release reports.

Bill Southwick, president and CEO, The Rehab Documentation Company, notes that he feels fortunate in having “a deeply experienced investment partner in Council Capital,” along with the company’s list of CEO advisors.

Gene Fleming, executive chairman of The Rehab Documentation Company, echoes Southwick’s sentiments, noting, “I am pleased that Council Capital saw the same things I did in ReDoc when I joined ReDoc’s board.” Fleming also articulates his excitement in helping to pair the management team and investment partner.

“We are pleased ReDoc chose to partner with Council & Enhanced to help further the company’s growth plans,” adds Katie Gambill, managing partner of Council Capital. Gambill also highlights the company’s combination of technical and health care professionals, who seek to identify and serve the needs of the company’s hospital and private practice customer base.
